For the purpose of the Regulations, the following definitions are adopted:
Club - The View club located in the Spektrum Tower building in 18 Twarda St. in Warsaw;
Club Management - a Club manager, people appointed by the Club manager and authorized to perform the duties of the Club manager, as well as the managers of the company running the Club;
Club Guests - persons in the Club, in the building and in the surroundings of the Spektrum Tower building in which the Club is located, participating in events organized by the Club, including persons referred to in § 2 point 2 lit. b) of the Regulations, excluding the Club's service, the Club's security staff and the Club's Management.
All persons staying in the Club, participating in events organized by the Club, are required to read the Regulations. The purchase of an admission ticket, booking seats, using the Club Card, as well as entering the Club premises shall be deemed as acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations and a commitment to comply with them.
The Club does not conduct open and general accessible activity. Admission to the Club takes place on the terms specified in § 2 of the Regulations.
which are the only official websites of the Club. The Club is not responsible for any information related to the Club posted on websites other than the above mentioned.
The entity running the Club is MRZ spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with a registered office in Warsaw. Provisions of the Regulations regarding the rights or responsibilities of the Club should be interpreted as the rights or liability of the entity managing the Club.
Recording of sound, image, taking pictures and any other activity carried out using audiovisual equipment in the Club is only allowed after obtaining written permission from the Club's Management.
The Club Guests, upon entering the event, voluntarily agree to stay in the area of increased noise that may prevail in the Club.
The Club Guests acknowledge that the Club sells alcohol. The Club is not responsible for any health, motor or psychological effects caused by alcohol consumption. The Club Guests consume alcohol at their own risk. The Club reserves the right to refuse to sell alcohol to drunk persons.
Smoking in the Club is allowed only in designated places, however the Club has the right to prohibit smoking cigars in the Club or to designate special places where smoking cigars is allowed.
The Club Guests acknowledge that the content of the Club may only be intended for adults, including controversial and erotic content. Entering the Club shall be deemed as accepting these potential content.
§ 2 OPENING HOURS. ENTRANCE TO THE CLUB
The Club is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 22.00 to 5.00. The days, opening and closing hours of the Club may change. Information on changing the day or opening hours of the Club will be published on the Club's website or "fanpage". Regardless of the above, depending on the circumstances and current events, the Club Management may at any time order a different time for the end of the event and closing the Club.
The right to enter the Club during the events have:
people over the age of 21 (the age limit may be increased by the decision of the Club Management for the needs of the organization of individual events, which will be communicated on the website or the "fanpage" of the Club);
representatives of the press, radio and other media with a valid accreditation for the event;
representatives of state and medical services authorized to perform control activities on the basis of valid official identity cards, after prior consultation with the Club Management.
In order to provide the Club with safety, the Club reserves the right to refuse access to the Club to persons whose behavior indicates that they are drunk or under the influence of intoxicants, aggressive, posing a threat to other Club Guests and the Club service, not complying with the provisions of the Regulations as well as not complying with the orders of the Club Management, Club service or Club security staff.
For security reasons, the Club has the right to refuse entry to the Club premises in case of the risk of exceeding the limit of the maximum number of people who may be simultaneously at the Club.
The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to people whose behavior, appearance or personal culture are not appropriate to the nature of the event organized in the Club.
The Club Guests agree to the Club's verification, for security reasons, of the contents of bags, backpacks and clothing before joining the Club. In the event of refusal to submit to control, the Club reserves the right to refuse entry to the Club.
Guests are forbidden to bring to the Club area:
food and all types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
intoxicants, drugs and any other substances, the possession of or trade is prohibited in accordance with applicable regulations;
weapons, explosives and other objects and tools that may pose a threat to the health or life of Club Guests or Club staff;
The conditions of entry to the Club are valid for all Club Guests, including those with invitations, advance reservation of the place, purchased admission ticket, Club Card and persons entered on personal guest lists.
The selector decides about the entry of people to the Club.
The Club's selector, the Club's security staff and the Club Management are authorized to verify the identity and age of people who want to participate in the event organized by the Club. Lack of consent to show an identity document or lack of possession of an identity document is the basis for refusing entry to the Club premises.
§ 3 CLUB ENTRANCE TICKETS AND RESERVATIONS
Admission to the Club is payable. The Club entry fee depends on the type of event, in particular when concerts during events are organized. Information about the entry fee applicable to individual events is provided via the Club's website and by the Club's service directly before entering the Club.
The obligation to purchase an entry fee does not apply to the Guests with invitations, who paid for a seat reservation and Club Card.
The sale of entrance tickets to the Club, booking seats and making invitations and Club Cards available is carried out only by persons authorized by the Club Management.
Entry fee, seat reservation fee and other additional services are collected in cash, by credit card or bank transfer to the Club's bank account. The amount of fees is non-negotiable.
The Club sells tickets both in the form of pre-sale (information on pre-sale is always made available via the website and social media) and before entering the Club on the day of the event. The Club reserves the right to exclude the possibility of purchasing a ticket on the day of the event in case of organization of events only with prior reservation or closed events. The opening hours of the ticket office are variable and are announced each time.
General terms and conditions of booking seats in the Club:
reservation can be made on a table or a lodge in the Club for a specified time, no later than midnight;
the price of the reservation includes the entrance ticket for the number of persons for which the reservation was made;
the amount paid for the reservation of seats is fully available for alcohol consumption during the event in the Club;
the booking fee shall be paid at the time of booking the seats;
10% service is added to the bill;
open bar offers are not used at weekends;
in days of concerts the price of the reservation may be changed.
Reservation in the Club expire at midnight. In exceptional cases it is possible to extend the reservation by phone, but not later than 00:30. After this hour the reservation expires, without the right to claim a refund of the reservation fee from the Club.
In the case of cancellation by the customer of a paid reservation less than 48 hours before the start of the event for which the reservation was purchased, the cost of the reservation is not refundable.

10. The Club reserves the right to cancel the event without giving a reason. In this case, those who have purchased admission tickets and reserved seats are entitled to a full refund of the costs incurred.
§ 4 CLOAKROOM
Use of the cloakroom in the Club is obligatory for the Club Guests.
Guests leaving clothes or other items in the cloakroom of the Club are issued with numbers. For loss or destruction of the cloakroom number there is an additional fee of 50 PLN.
It is not allowed to accept clothing or other items from several persons for collective storage. For each item given to the cloakroom (item of clothing, umbrella, etc.) one cloakroom number is issued.
Cloakroom employee of the Club is not obliged to confirm that the identity of the person handing over the goods for safekeeping is consistent with the person who asks for the goods on the basis of the issued number.
In case of losing the cloakroom number, items left in the cloakroom may be issued only after the end of the event and after all Club Guests have left the Club, as well as after paying the additional fee referred to in point 2. The person applying for the cloakroom item, who does not have a cloakroom number, should provide the cloakroom staff with the necessary data to unambiguously identify the item and to recognize this person as its owner. In justified cases, the goods may be handed over at a later time, on the day and at times indicated by the Club staff.
In case of refusal to cover the additional fee for the loss of the number, the Club Management has the right to keep clothing or other items until their claims are satisfied or secured.
In case of leaving items in the cloakroom after the end of the event, it is possible to collect them from Monday to Wednesday, from 12:00 to 18:00, within 14 days from the date of the event, after prior appointment with the Club the exact date of collection of the left items.
If items left in the cloakroom are not collected within 14 days from the date of the event, they are subject to liquidation on the basis of a liquidation protocol.
The contractual upper limit of the Club's liability for items left in the cloakroom of the Club is 250 PLN.
The Club is not responsible for valuable items left in the cloakroom (e.g. documents, keys, wallets, electronic equipment, payment cards, etc.). The Club reserves the right to refuse to accept valuables and larger items such as suitcases, travel bags, etc. to the cloakroom.
In case of any disputes concerning the release of clothes or other items from the cloakroom of the Club, the Club Management decides about their solution each time.
§ 5 CLUB CARD
The Club Card is granted by the Club Management.
The Club Card is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party. In case of doubt as to the identity of the Club Card holder, the Club staff may ask the Club Card holder to show proof of identity.
Club Card holders receive priority access to events organized by the Club.
The Club Card does not entitle to entry in case of closed events organized in the Club.
The Club reserves the right to collect the Club Card from the Club Card holder if the Club Card holder violates any of the terms of Regulations.
Detailed terms and conditions for Club Cards are regulated in separate Club Card regulations.
§ 6 SAFETY RULES
All persons in the Club are obliged to behave in a way that does not endanger the safety of themselves, other persons and property located in the Club as well as the building where the Club is located.
All persons staying in the Club are obliged to follow the instructions of the Club staff, Club security staff and Club Management, in order to ensure the safety and order in the Club.
Physical protection of the Club is performed by qualified security staff, who take care of safety in the facility, security of property on its premises and the safety of the Club Guests staying there and staff.
Guests of the Club are forbidden:
access to the rooms, which are intended exclusively for the Club staff;
carry outside the area of the Club items owned by the Club, including glasses, etc.;
enter tables, chairs, sofas, bar worktops, DJ's stand and performers' venue;
taking pictures of people staying in the Club without their consent;
conducting canvassing, trade, promotion, agitation, advertising, money collections, etc. without the consent of the Club Management.
In order to ensure the safety of the Club Guests, the Club reserves the right to demand to leave the Club area by persons who are drunk or under the influence of intoxicants, aggressive, threatening to other Club Guests or Club staff, who do not comply with the terms of the Regulations, as well as those who do not follow the instructions of the Club Management, Club service or Club security staff.
In the event of a gross violation of the Regulations and security rules, Club security staff are authorized to use legal means to ensure the security of the Club.
Any signs of violation of the law, including in particular regulations, will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities. The Club Management is entitled to issue a permanent or temporary ban on entry to the Club premises and participation in events organized by the Club to persons who violate the law or grossly violate the Regulations.
In case of violation of the law, including the destruction of Club property, the building in which the Club is located and the property of persons located within the Club, Club security staff are entitled to detain the offender until he is handed over to police officers.
§ 7 RESPONSIBILITY
The Club Guests and any other persons staying on the premises of the Club shall bear full civil and criminal liability for damage, destruction, removal or throwing away of property, including Club equipment, the building where the Club is located and the property of persons staying on the premises of the Club.
In the event of soiling of the Club caused by excessive alcohol consumption or sudden deterioration of the Guest's or another person staying in the Club, this person is obliged to immediately remove the soiling or pay a fee of 300 PLN towards the costs of cleaning services.
The Club is not responsible for property lost or abandoned on the premises of the Club.
The Club shall not be liable for damage to persons, property of Club Guests or third parties caused by other Club Guests or persons referred to in § 2 (2) (b) of the Regulations. Any claims in this respect should be addressed by the injured party directly to the perpetrator of the damage.
All complaints and claims for possible damage caused on the Club premises and adjacent areas, to the person or property of Club Guests or third parties, caused by Club security staff, should be directed directly to the entity providing security services.
The Club is not responsible for the consequences of force majeure events, which may affect the functioning of the Club, such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, fire, catastrophes, evacuation ordered by the Police and Fire Service, or bombardment. The Club will not be obliged to reimburse the entrance ticket or to pay any compensation for cancellation or interruption of the event due to force majeure.
All disputes concerning the interpretation of the Regulations or issues not regulated in the Regulations shall be settled by the Club Management. Complaints and motions will be accepted in writing by the Club Management.
The Club Management reserves the right to change the Regulations.
The Regulations have been made public by displaying it in a visible place on the Club premises and placing it on the Club website.
